SLO: Naša Modra frankinja »Frank« je naše prepoznavno vino, ki ujame divji in svobodni duh svojega soimenjaka. To srednje krepko rdeče vino je izjemno dostopno in popolno za vsako priložnost, od živahnega druženja s prijatelji do mirnega večera doma.
Na nosu ponuja šopek zrelih robid in temnega ribeza, ki ga dopolnjuje nežen šepet zemeljskih začimb. Okus je uravnotežen in gladek, kar vodi v dolg, čist zaključek, ob katerem si želite še več. To je resničen izraz naše zavezanosti poštenemu in lahko pitnemu vinu.

V kleti: Fermentacija z bio-kvasovkami, nenadzorovana temperatura (med 18°C in 24°C), ročno potapljanje klobuka 3-krat dnevno, 10 dni, zorenje v inoksu na drožeh 10 mesecev

Vineyard Location: 278 m above sea level, SE facing, terraced and flat
In the vineyard: Grass-covered, hand-harvested, bio and organic/sustainable practices
In the cellar: Bio-yeast fermentation, uncontrolled temperature (between 18°C – 24°C ), punch down maceration by hand 3 times daily for 10 days, aged in steel on lees for 10 months
