SLO: Naš rosé je živahna interpretacija naše Modre frankinje — vino izjemnega značaja, ki ne pozna pravil. Je rosé z drzno osebnostjo, ustvarjen za uživanje tudi daleč od toplega poletnega dne.
Na nosu ponuja šopek svežih jagod in svetlega rdečega ribeza, z živahnim pridihom citrusov. Okus ima presenetljivo polno telo s čudovito teksturo in gladkim, čistim zaključkom. To je vsestransko, elegantno vino, ki se enako dobro počuti ohlajeno z nekaj kockami ledu kot ob bogatem obroku. To je resničen izraz naše zavezanosti pridelavi poštenih vin z minimalnimi posegi, ki so hkrati lahka za pitje in polna življenja.

V kleti: Takojšnje stiskanje, fermentacija z bio-kvasovkami, nadzorovana temperatura (okoli 14°C – 16°C ), zorenje v inoksu na drožeh 10 mesecev

The palate is surprisingly full-bodied with a beautiful texture and a smooth, clean finish. It is a true expression of our commitment to creating honest, minimal-intervention wines that are both easy to drink and full of life.

In the vineyard: Grass-covered, hand-harvested, bio and organic/sustainable practices
In the cellar: Immediate pressing, bio-yeast fermentation, controlled temperature (between 14°C – 16°C ), aged in steel on lees for 10 months
